About Threshold Atlas
An independent editorial resource mapping the global, evidence-based evolution of ibogaine beyond Mexico’s retreat model.
Our mission
Threshold Atlas synthesises trials, policy shifts, mechanisms, safety and new indications to inform readers without hype. We map where ibogaine treatment is moving from retreat-style models toward regulated, clinical-grade care — and we keep patient safety at the centre of every page.
How we work
We draw on peer-reviewed literature, policy announcements, and the published protocols of treatment programs, and we point to neutral third-party reporting so readers can triangulate. Where evidence is thin or contested, we say so.
What we are not
We do not provide medical care or referrals, and nothing here is medical, legal or financial advice. Use the Atlas to frame questions for licensed professionals and to organise your own decision-making. Explore our editorial scope or send a note via Contact.
Start with the guides
Begin with where ibogaine is legal, then choosing a clinic, cost, and the science.
